Apartment very nice,clean and comfortabel, good localisacion and place

The pin code for the main door did not work and we couldn´t reach the property by phone but luckily we were there by car and knew the town so it was easy for us to google a bit and get the right code at another hotel run by the same owner.

everything is superb. it would be great if it has washing machine, dryer and a kettle. other than that, we had a great time.

1. very nice hot tube is available for free. 2. well equiped kitchen. 3. nice room 4. heating system is very good. room was very warm

1. the last gast forgot to leave the key in the keybox. we got the key one day later. It is not safe to leave our luggage in a unlocked room. 2. some plates were not clean. the last gast hasn't used the dish washer and the host hasn't check the plates carefully. 3. the floor of shower area is very sliping. a friend fell down, luckly not serious. 4. no parking area belongs to the hostel but very easy to find one in the near.

We didn't like anything here. It is based in an industrial estate, with a glass crushing very noisy facility across the road. There is no window in the bedroom, and the bedroom is not separate from the main room. It is not a one bed apartment, it has a 'cabin' for a bedroom, we couldn't sleep there as it was too warm. We used the sofa bed in the main room but it was awful looking out on the industrial estate. We complained immediately and were told that the owner didn't want to hear of any complaints. We had booked for 4 nights but couldn't stay as it was so awful, We rang Booking.com and were told that we would likely get compensated if we left after two nights and we left and are now offered a tiny amount of a refund a total insult. Do not stay here it is terrible. Additionally, there was a washing machine and dryer advertised, however, this was a shared one, which was busy all the time.
