Spacious and clean. Great amenities in kitchen although coffee would have been a nice touch but easy to walk to bakery.

Das Appartement liegt im Zentrum von Reykjavík - alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Appartement gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Super Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Reykjavik!

The apartment is compact and very well located. It's close to many bars and restaurants, the Rainbow street and other sights like Hallgrimskirkja, Laugavegur St, Sun Voyager etc. All walking distances. The apartment has most of necessary facilities, including a smart TV.

We had requested for a lower floor apartment as our group had adults with mobility issues - sadly the management/owners did not help. Our apartment was on 3rd floor and with heavy bagseant for a 3 week trip was tough to carry given that there are no elevators and stairs are very narrow. Surprisingly the communication had a sign indicating an elevator. Secondly, while it's listed as a 2 bedroom, be aware that one of the bedroom was very small - could not accommodate any luggage, which had to kept in the living room and had no closets. This room is best for children and not for adults who need some storage space. Thirdly, the bathroom did not have a functional exhaust fan and retained the bad smell.
