This place was amazing. A perfect location for my 50th birthday.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Хороший дом. Хорошая новая квартира. Удачное удобное расположение. До центра идти минут 10. Есть по близости рестораны и нужные магазины.

Нас было 5 взрослых человека. Один туалет на 5 человек - это сильно не удобно.

Per 2025 praktisch nagelneue Appartements mit schöner, moderner, funktionaler Einrichtung. Online-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ausgezeichnet, obwohl wir diesen kein einziges Mal gesehen haben. Lage der Appartements minimal außerhalb des Stadtzentrums; es ist aber alles bestens zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Preis mag zunächst hoch erscheinen; in Relation zu anderen Produkten ist hier die Differenz zwischen Mitteleuropa und Island nicht übertrieben.

Wenn man sehr empfindlich ist (wir haben etwa "zu Hause" ein Einfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Gegend), dann hört man ein wenig die Straße bzw. die Nachbarn im oberen Stockwerk. Ist aber kein echtes Problem.

Tolle FeWo in super Lage, Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Nothing , we enjoyed everything

Very nice & clean apartment close to the center of Reykjavík, we had great time spending there. The automatic check In went smooth.

Although this apartment is marked accessible for wheelchair, there is a small stair in the entrance to the building and in the entrance to the apartment. We managed to get through with motorized wheelchair but the person who uses the wheelchair couldn’t enter and exit the apartment without someone else watching over to make sure he didn’t fall over.
