The rooms were very modern and spacious--the building is new with many codes and cameras, so we felt quite safe. The location is also excellent. The host was very communicative and helpful, and check-in could have been confusing but the instructions were very clear.

We did feel that the rooms could have been cleaned a little better. There was a leftover sock from the previous guest in one of our rooms and some of the towels, while they looked clean, were a little ripped. Everything was still comfortable, but we did wish there was a little more attention to the details here, especially compared to all the things we liked about the place.

Bright and large apartment with a lot of technological features. Good beds and a lot if storage places.

Poor maintenance level. All the courtains in the living room were broken. It tooks almost 24 hours to receive all the towels and tablets for the washibg machine. Other utilities in the kitchen and bathroons were missing.

I may have overlooked but the email I had didn’t have the property room number and also I didn’t see the code to get into building, only the code for the apartment. Was stuck outside building for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get into building.

The property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Lots of space. Good location - less than a five minute drive to the heart of downtown Reykjavík. Street parking was generally available right in front of the building. The owner was very responsive to a couple issues we had once we checked in and they were resolved quickly.

The living room windows have blinds but no blackout curtains, so light did come into the living room at night, which affects someone staying on the sofa bed.

This was an outstanding vacation! Bríetartún 11 was perfect. Very convenient location…walking distance to restaurants, coffee, bars, shopping, and the main street of Reykjavik. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was convenient for breakfast/coffee before leaving each day. Extremely comfortable space for a family of five adults. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
