This is a beautiful villa that is recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings and a simply spectacular view of Lake Como! Very close to boat rental, a great restaurant, and a local market. Literally all are walking distance along with the lake. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Bravo!!! Would absolutely stay again!

This place was exactly what I was looking for - spectacular views in a quiet town on Lake Como, 5 min walk to a little swimming spot, 15 min drive to Bellagio, great air conditioning, free easy parking onsite, elevator, stylish, comfortable, flexible and responsive host, good kitchen, washing machine. Even a small deli with some basic essential groceries and a waterside dinner restaurant (not open Mondays and Tuesdays). I liked that this village has a relaxed local feeling, not in the main tourist craziness of Bellagio. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, it is fantastic if you are looking for a stay in a smaller lakeside town and have a car to get around. If you do come by car, the entrance to the building is not where google maps says, follow the video the host sends you. It's only a block up off the main road to get to the building's gate. Otherwise you end up too far up the hill and it's very difficult to turn around. Roads are narrow around this part of the lake, not an issue unless you are a nervous or aggressive driver. Just slow down, pull over as far as you can, and wave at the oncoming driver.

The internet sometimes dropped, but it was sufficient for doing regular online work, calls, and video streaming. Just have to be patient occasionally.
