The view from the terrace was beautiful. The owner was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival a tray of various fresh fruits was waiting for us in the fridge. The last day of our stay he prepared a perfect dinner for us on the terrace during a sunset. The location was very convenient, close to the old town and also to nice beaches.

The best thing is overall niceness and value for money. The location is good (10..15 minutes walk to a port, same to the supermarket and city center with restaurants), the apartment itself is good (AC, decently equipped kitchen, washing machine), and the host is outstanding. Even though we barely spoke the same language, it was very clear that the host is very hospitable and wishes well for the guests Signor Giovanni, 🤝 Although I don't think it was absolutely perfect, will I stay here again when I visit Ischia? Yes, I will!

If you're a person used to expensive hotels and projecting similar expectations everywhere, you might be disappointed. If you're looking for a peaceful vacation on Ischia, you'll be fine ;)

The apartment is a short 10-minute walk from the Forio center - a 20-minute walk from a nice sandy beach and other rocky ones closer to it. Giovani, the host is amazing! He came to pick us up from Forio Porto and took us grocery shopping. He loves his island and will make sure that you feel at home and will give you all the best tips on the island and is full of little attention! Overall we had an excellent stay! Oh, the extra is to have an amazing view overlooking the sea and witness the best Sunset from the terrasse!

Giovanni the host met us at the port which was so kind of him, he also drove us back on the day of our departure. He was very hospitable bringing us food and drinks but he was also discreet and gave us total privacy. The large terrace was wonderful with view over the sea. April was a great time to visit, temperature was perfect and Ischia wasn't crowded. The location is great with the view and the short walk to town. The cafe just 100m up the road right on the sea was a lovely place for an evening drink.

Such a lovely place! Unbeatable location: close to both the beach and Forio, but still very calm. Sitting on the terrace, watching the sunset with some aperitivo was the highlight of the stay (take away from U' Paravis' down the street). The host was extremely kind and generous, drove us to the beach when we arrived and to the bus the morning we left without us asking for it and even though we said it was fine (both were a 5-10 min walk away). Definitely want to go back and stay longer next time
