The rooms, breakfast and location

Water for the showers: it took sometime to get warm.

Spacious and well equipped. Good size of bedrooms and beds. Location is quite good, and parking by the front door is easy to find.

Wifi was not working properly. Hot water at the shower interrupted suddenly. It lacks a sofa to relax.

The support of the Mr.Massimo was excelent in any case.

Because of illness of the son we used it more then we planned 😉

The apartment is really nice and more than met our needs. There are two full bedrooms and it is located within easy walking distance of the quaint town. We would highly recommend it. Massimo (our host) was fantastic. He reached out to us by phone not long after we landed in Rome and not only took the time to recommend sightseeing and places to eat, but also kindly drove us to the cruise port the next morning. We certainly appreciated all his hospitality.
