Emplacement central et ok propreté

Pas de possibilité de garer sa voiture. Obligation de payer un parking à l’extérieur ce qui n’était pas du tout clair dans l’annonce. Une seule climatisation pour tout l’appartement (dans le couloir). Il faut aussi monter deux étages avec les valises. Si vous êtes chargés ou bien plus âgé je déconseille fortement. De plus je trouves le prix excessif par rapport au standing de l’appartement. Pas accès à la terrasse, pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet appartement. Vraiment très déçu de cette location.

Ottima posizione in centro Sirmione un bel terrazzo alloggio pulito con tutto il necessario

Il letto.. purtroppo in questi alloggi non si cura abbastanza il materasso e i cuscini che sono abbastanza scomodi.. anche quando si è in vacanza si vorrebbe dormire un po' meglio

Everything you need is in place. In the middle of beautiful old town. Host organises you a parking for extra 25 eur and that parking takes you to and from the apartment in a cart (nice experience). Very big apartment, with conditioner.

TV could be in future improved to have newest availabilities like Netflix or so. And remote controller to be fixed as didn't work for us (had missing battery). Even with closed windows you hear the noise from the street during morning hours (as apartment is next to main street where maintenance and similar cars moves during the night when cleaning streets etc).

Sehr zentrale Lage nahe der Scaligerburg. Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Dachterrasse. Auch nahe zum kleinen Stadtstrand.

Für sportliche Menschen kein Problem: 3.Stock (Dachgeschoß) ohne Aufzug. Leider ist der Ausgang zur Dachterrasse sehr niedrig, so dass sich auch kleinere Menschen bücken müssen.
