Ottimo appartamento con vista mare situato a pochi minuti sia dal mare che da moltissimi servizi. Bilocale ampio e pulito situato al primo piano, con terrazzo perfetto anche per pranzare all'aria aperta. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Locato comodamente lungo una statale, a 2 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, a 10-20 minuti dalle spiagge più belle di tutta la costa degli dei, a 2 minuti da diversi supermercati. L'appartamento è dotato di climatizzazione e al piano terra (in comune con gli altri appartamenti della struttura) vi è la lavatrice. Assenti lavastoviglie e ascensore. Posto auto all'interno della proprietà e al coperto, ottimo per la stagione calda.
