L'appartamento è comodissimo per chi deve andare in Fiera. E' stato da poco ristrutturato e tutto è nuovo e funzionale. Ottima la pulizia. Da citare la gentilezza delle proprietaria che è stata in grado di soddisfare tutte le esigenze e richieste, dall'orario di arrivo alla possibilità di lasciare auto e bagagli per più tempo il giorno del check out. Una volta ritirate le chiavi si può gestire in autonomia tutto il soggiorno.

Come già detto tutto perfetto. Forse il prezzo è un po' alto, ma suppongo fosse legato al periodo di fiera.

"Cosmoprof bologna centrale"

The host and his wife were very friendly, the house was very clean , and had all the amenities needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The location is very central and is just a 6-minute walk to Cosmoprof Bologna, my business location. Excellent value for money.

"All in all a cosy apartment with a nice owner"

Lovely apartment, everything was clean, smelled nice, full equipped kitchen, towels in the bathroom, coffee and tea for the morning. owner speaks a bit English, perfect to discuss the details
