Very friendly owner, wonderful little apartment with it‘s own charm. Near the centre.

Really close to the city centre in a quiet place. The owner is really discreet and helpful!

I think it is one of the best value for money property. The location is great, very clean, comfy bed, host doesn’t bother you, great neighbours (live cams 😂), really safe area, good snacks nearby and really warm welcome. Also the host has a cool bar where you can get first drink free.

There are only two reasons it is a 9/10. The bathroom doesn’t have a door so you can hear anything and there are poor ways to ventilate the apartment. For us it was not such of a big deal even if we had 6 nights there

Really clean, the host was amicable and very easy to deal with. We got there unannounced and too early for the check in, and she was very welcoming. Great location, close to the centre.

I can't understand how this hole could have a 9.3 rating!!! Needs repairs, everything is about to break, toilet/bathroom door could not close properly. We stayed in Palermo in a much better place at the same value. We had our flight changed from Catania to Palermo because of the burnt airport in Catania and the lady didn't want to refund us even with a single night and at the end we stayed in Catania for one night at the price of 5! (Since we had our flight changed twice, the same situation in Palermo went off without a hitch - the lady there just refunded our money immediately). In conclusion - in Palermo even the cheaper places are good enough, but in Catania - choose only recommended ones.

The aparment is really nice, tidy and cosy. It has wifi and air conditioner too. It is close to the historical center and sights. Veronica is very kind and helpful.

This place was great for us. Unusual lofty in center of Catania, with a quite neighborhood and awesome hosts. The flat had everything we needed: kitchen appliances, fridge, spaces for storing clothes and sheets, TV, bins for sorting garbage, iron and ironing board. At the entrance, it’s a small cute terrace which we enjoyed in the warm Sicilian evenings. There are lots of small local shops around, the main historical sites are close by too. There is so much to visit that we had walked a lot almost every day. What we truly appreciated during our 2 week stay is the relationship with the hosts: Saverio and Veronica were helpful from the very beginning: they welcomed and showed us the place, invited us to their local bar(which by the way is so cool. a must visit!), suggested places to visit, and every time we saw them in the neighbourhood they were genuinely cheerful. We recommend this place 100% and we’d happily return one day.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary equipment like gas cooker, electric oven, kettle, toaster and hairdryer. The hosts provided even coffee, tea and olive oil. We had all the pots and pans necessary for cooking which was important for us as we decided to mostly cook at home and rather occasionally eat out. The beds were comfortable. My kids really appreciated the Wi-Fi. I really liked a little patio outside where you can sit down and drink your morning coffee. The location of the apartment is great - it is a bit dirty neighborhood but on the other hand it's got lots of different shops and it is super close to all the tourist attractions. A bus depot where Alibus buses stop is within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is located on a side, dead-end street so it's very quiet and there is no traffic. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

Recommended! You have everything you need in the apartment, it is well equipped. Great location, loved the vibe, good value for the money. Veronica and Saverio are lovely hosts! Thank you guys!
