Sehr tolle Wohnung in einem ganz wunderbaren Bereich von Bologna, fußläufig vom Bahnhof und mit Restaurants und Geschäften, prima Studenten-Ambiente!

Check-In nach 20 uhr nur gegen sehr hohen Aufpreis möglich, obwohl der Gastgeber nur Remote geöffnet und einen Code geschickt hat. Umständliche Bezahlung der Touristensteuer, die erst kurz vor der Anreise angekündigt und daher unerwartet und nicht auf booking ersichtlich war. Eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe wie angekündigt wäre besser gewesen - zumal man dann keine Ausweiskopien hätte senden müssen.

Checkin went very smooth, very good communication. Perfect location, quiet street, appartment had everything we need with exception of airco but fan did the job.

During hot summers airco can be a plus

The location of the apartment was great—close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was smooth and straightforward, and the building itself had good facilities.

The apartment was uncomfortably hot during my stay, with no AC or proper ventilation system to deal with the heat. For the price being charged, I expected at least some basic climate control—it really wasn't prepared for warm weather. On top of that, the dishwasher wasn't working, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, not a great value for the cost.
