La Mansarda vicino alla stazione

This apartment has a great location, safe, easy to find on a quiet street near the main train station, mini-metro, restaurants, and groceries. The owner was really friendly and helpful. There is also free parking in front of the building if one is lucky to find a vacancy.

Our residence was a 4-floor walk up, which for older people with several bags was tiresome. Our host helped with the bags for check in, but we were on our own for checkout. There is no sign outside to indicate the name of the residence.

- perfectly equiped flat with comfy bed - host invested in some bags of tea, cold bottled water and candies which was a really nice gesture by him - great communication via whatsapp in English - 10 minutes by foot from the train station and next to bus stop with great connections - all of that for the great price Highly recommended, thank you again Stefano!

The owner of the apartment was very helpful, he pick me up at the airport for EUR 20 and allow me to stay late on my departure, the apartment is cosy with all amenities, the only problem I found was the shower, uncomfortable to have a shower as it's very limited space and water goes everywhere even though you use the curtains. Quiet area no nice restaurants around, Lidl supermarket 15 minutes walk straight up of the apartment on the right. 10 minutes walk to the Rail station where you can buy a ticket and go to Assisi for a day or other places, also outside the Rail station is the bus stop to the Airport for 5 Euros Umbria Airlink red bus, you buy the ticket there and ask for time table, the Mini Metro is close to Rail station too return ticket for 3 Euros to the city center 4 stops only in 5 minutes you there. For a short break is good location.

Shower and no lift.

The place is really nice and cozy and the owner was so nice, waiting for me at the train station, driving me to the place and helping me with my heavy luggage. I highly recommend this place! :)

Things that were great: 1) Location - close to Lidl supermarket and close to city center 2) Clear room interioir and comfortable enviroment 3) Easy to contact with personel (thank you Stefano) and get the keys 4) Welcome water in the room - really valuable 5) Comfortable and big bed - pleasure to have a sleep 6) Free parking inside the backyard

It would be great to add: 1) coffe machine - the one is present is poorly working 2) add for some reasonable price breakfast delivery in the mansarda

A beautiful attic well equipped; The host was there by the time I arrived and helped me with whatever I needed, he was very helpful. Grazie tante!
