A disgrace – do not book this property under any circumstances I stayed at this property from 5th to 10th August 2025, paying £2,300 for what was meant to be a relaxing, once-a-year holiday with friends. Instead, what we received was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, the sofa bed was completely broken from the very first night. The wooden slats were shattered, making it impossible to sleep on. I endured one awful night, and when my girlfriend arrived the next day, it was clear we couldn’t use it at all. Their “solution” was to dump a cheap camp bed in the living room, forcing me to sleep on the tiny, closed sofa – utterly uncomfortable and unacceptable for an apartment in this price range. The cleanliness was abysmal. We arrived to find the place covered in dust, clearly not cleaned or prepared for paying guests. It set the tone for what was to be a deeply disappointing stay. The bathroom window could not be opened, meaning there was no proper ventilation throughout the entire holiday. On top of that, the Wi-Fi never worked once, despite us asking multiple times for assistance. Each time we were promised a solution, and each time nothing was done. To add insult to injury, one of the other beds in the apartment was of shockingly poor quality, making it impossible to rest properly. For six friends who travel together once a year, this should have been a holiday to remember. Instead, it became a week of frustration, sleepless nights, and endless complaints. And the worst part? After initially promising me multiple times that a refund would be issued, the company simply stopped answering my calls and messages. This behaviour is not only unprofessional but downright dishonest. I cannot stress this enough: do not trust this company, do not believe their promises, and do not waste your money here. What they are offering bears no resemblance to what you expect when paying £2,300 for a week’s stay.

Apartamento está desgastado, antigo, janelas e portas não fecham direito. O colchão da cama de casal quarto é péssimo, cama é desconfortável e barulhenta. A experiencia de obtenção da chave eletrônica da entrada do carro no condômino foi muito cansativa, pois falaram que a chave estava no apartamento e de fato nao estava. Foi desgastante o episódio. A relação custo-beneficio para esse apartamento é muito ruim.

La cama de la habitación principal es horrible, los muebles sucios, la cocina ni toallas tenia, el secador de pelo de la segunda habitación no funcionaba. Para llegar al apartamento es complicado y en Italiano. La dirección en google maps no te lleva exactamente al lugar y te envían videos pero todas las instrucciones estan en italiano.

The beds were very uncomfortable. One had a terrible squeak and the slightest movement and the other was uncomfortable the mattress parted and slipped around on the bed. The fridge was also not working well and food went off. Tried to change temperature many times. Freezer was over cold (which wanst a problem) but maybe effected fridge staying cold. Milk and butter went off within a day.
