Excellent location, close to the old town. Wonderful swimming pool and lovely gardens. Very comfortable beds and a quiet location. Hosts, though they only speak a little English, are very friendly and helpful. A very tasty cake was left for us on arrival!

The owner Roberta makes this place special. She is warm and attentive. A lemon cake greeted us on arrival and two days later we had a dozen fresh eggs. The upstairs apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and at least a dozen places to sit outdoors both upstairs and on the property which has an olive grove, cherry trees, vegetables, roosters, geese, a swimming pool and volleyball court and gorgeous flowers everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is an Italian farm house updated in the 1970;s or 80's with space to sprawl out, play board games, find private cubbies for reading, or take walks around the property.

A bigger shower. (The tub was wonderful. ) I failed to read the fine print and note that the bill is payable in cash. Fortunately my son was able to make a wire transfer of money.

The apartment was great, very clean. The host were excellent.

Our hosts Loriano and Roberta were exceptional. We were given a homemade cake on arrival and produce from their magnificent garden , including tomatoes / grapes / onions / garlic and fresh eggs during our stay . They were so helpful and kind. The garden / pool / BBQ area was fantastic so private and peaceful . The location was excellent- Cortona only 10 mins away a close to many tourist destinations eg Assisi / Sienna / San Gimignano and more .

No issues . The fridge in kitchen was a little small but not a major issue for us .

An excellent location do not be put off by the bus park, you don't even know it's there. An excellent swimming pool for both adults and children. A welcoming cake, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the hosts own plot. A simple but charming play area for five year olds and above. Private secure parking. Charming and helpful hosts onsite, this was a real bonus. Very clean accommodation.

Quite minor but helpful things like a bigger fridge with a freezer compartment and a couple more fans.

Loved the typical, Italian feel about the apartment. Although a little rustic the apartment had everything you needed. The owners are lovely, we had a very interesting tour around the garden. The pool and garden areas are a really plus point especially if you have children. We would definitely like to return one day.

Casa Biagiotti was a dream! The hosts were warm, wonderful, and went well-beyond expectations to help us out. The entire property is gorgeous with a ton of amenities and space. None of us wanted to leave! Thank you for making your place available and for being such phenomenal hosts!

We wish we could have stayed longer, but we had reservations elsewhere. Our mistake! We have big dreams of returning!
