La Rosa Del Mare

The accommodation offered just about everything one could need for a lovely holiday. The beach, shop and various restaurants are basically on your doorstep. In the flat you can find cooking utensils, beach and bathroom towels, a tv, a basket with beach mats, seats and toys (I'm considering taking the whole family here). There are two balconies to enjoy breakfast outside. The decor of the whole flat is also very nice.

I was rolling a bit toward the middle of the mattress, but that's only a minor thing.

The flat has everything you need for your holidays, we stayed for 10 days. Just 5 min walking from Spiaggia Ampurias (one of the most beautiful in the north), Kitchen with all appliances including ice packs and Tupperware to bring snacks or lunch for visiting the remote beaches. Good shower, comfortable bed, two balconies front and rear, TV, umbrella and chair to the beach, parking. Alessandro and Luana were very responsive and you will also find tips and recommendations from them. There are a few restaurant options just a few minutes walking. Must go: “Kiosk Bar on the beach “ just a few minutes walking for incredible sunset and Italian apperitivo and dinner. Castelsardo has beautiful sunsets, from Ampurias beach and Castello dei Doria are also unforgettable moments!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well set up for self-catering and it had plenty of pans, cutlery, crockery etc. The washing machine meant we could do laundry and everything was provided - pegs, soap powder and a balcony clothes airer. We had our own parking space and the supermarket is right next door so we could easily get supplies and fresh bread every day. It was nice to have a balcony to relax on and the smaller one at the back will be lovely in warmer months. We appreciated the extra blankets. The nearby beach is very pretty and the walk along the esplanade to the outdoor gym equipment is lovely. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Maybe provide a table/chart explaining the very complex rubbish bin combinations. Lu Bagnu is nice but if you need to have a car or get the bus if you want to get around further afield- this is not a problem or criticism just info to help future potential clients. The front balcony is spacious but is by a fairly busy road.
