Appartamento Villa Principessa

Reggeli nem volt az ajánlatban, de a közeli Coop-ban pékárut és minden szükségest lehetett venni. A szállásadó Alessandro nagyon kedves és segítökész, minden dologban .Arco szép kis város,érdemes felkeresni,

A fürdöszoba ablakra egy függöny jó lenne , mert így kényelmetlen,hogy beláthatnak,és még egy célt szolgálna nem melegedne át a fürdöszoba. A nyári melegben az egy klímaberendezés nem elégséges még úgy sem ,hogy minden hálószobában van ventilátor.

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, sehr netter Vermieter....

Kaffeemaschine müsste erneuert werden ,

Excellent location, great host, easy to walk to everything: old town Arco, Arco castle, Tuesday market, grocery store, bus stop, and bus station Amazing views, super comfortable bed, kids had their own loft, washing machine

I think the water might be a hard water--my hair was so dry There is evidence of a shower leak where the floor needs to be replaced.

Alessandro was really nice and helpful but the apartment is in really bad shape and needs real renovation. The beds are uncomfortable. We were very disappointed from the condition of the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment for two nights a family with two teenage kids. The apartment was large, clean and it contains a living room and two bedrooms located on the fourth floor. The building has an elevator. A private parking was available in the building’s back yard. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need for cooking dinners. The views from the apartments’ windows were stunning. The host, Alessandro, was extremely kind and helpful willing to answer any question and to assist with any issue that was raised during our stay. He was waiting for us on our arrival and came to say goodbye while we were checking out. Although, the apartment contains a single air conditioner which can not cool down the entire apartment, the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with fans, which succeeded to do the job even in mid July.
