Nice responsive hosts, there is a garage for parking, nice apartment

There were not enough air conditioners in the rooms (there is one in the hallway)

We received a warm hospitality from the host. Totally satisfied by the quality of the apartment, the beds were perfectly prepared. We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Aldo for their hospitality.

Free parking space, 5 minutes walk to conad supermarket and few others

2 amongst the 3 rooms, you will hear the vehicle noise throughout the night but it's a very NICE apartment. I can't wait to book again

The apartment was well decorated and the host And his wife is so helpful.... They picked up by car from LA speiza central Station and drop us also there.. they also offered some breakfast..overall superb hospitality.

The transportation to reach the apartment is not frequent from LA speiza central Station

The host Aldo was amazing, so helpful and positive. Together with his family they were taking care to make our stay here as comfortable as possible (including even such things like transfer from/to train station and delivery of freshly baked foccacia) :))

Very clean. Kind hosts. Parking spot!!! Beautiful antique furniture.

Only one A/C. Needs cutting board. Ants on floor in the bedroom. Not very close to town. Driving in La Spezia very difficult.

The hosts are amazing, super welcoming and helpful in every way. The space itself is clean and stocked

The Air Conditioning did not work properly so it got very hot at night.
