L'emplacement géographique en plein centre d'Arco qui est une très jolie ville. Tout à proximité niveaux commerce, restaurants y compris la laverie juste en bas. La disponibilité d'Andrea et sa réactivité par message. Appartement Très typique, bien décoré, literie confortable, pas de bruits.

La cuisine est un petit peu petite pour cuisiner pour 4 mais nous nous en sommes très bien sortis néanmoins. Les escaliers pour monter à l'étage où se situent les toilettes, les chambres est à bien prendre en compte lorsque vous réservez si vous avez des difficultés de mobilité car ils sont en colimaçon et étroits. Celà ne nous a pas du tout dérangé personnellement mais ce sont les 2 seuls points un peu "négatifs" que vous pourriez trouver.

Very friendly host who was super helpful & provided us with a late check in & late check out and several recommendations. Apartment is super central & easy to find. Would definitely go there again.

Nice Location. Apartment is nice. Only 250 m from parking lot and nice walking to the apartment (flat and easy to reach the apartment) Andreas also arranged a parking voucher for 4 EUR per day.

Wifi is not ideal to work as it was freezing a lot during my meetings. I had to switch to my mobile to work. If you are not planning to work from there, it is not an issue at all. The stairs taking you to upper floor is indeed noisy and narrow.

Nonna Natalia was excellent, great location in Arco, so not too far from the local bars and restaurants and also close to via ferrata routes. Nonna Natalia is very well equipped and has a nice balcony which is very pleasant for enjoying a nice wee glass of wine after long days in the mountains. Having 2No bedrooms was great as my mate snores like a diesel engine, so both of us got a good night's sleep. Andrea and Lorenzo were great hosts, so I would definitely come back again.

Great, perfectly located flat

Beautiful location, lots of shops and restaurants around, all facilities was there,wifi strong, parking about 200mtrs away free one section and other section is paid one.

There was nothing to dislike it
