Corso 220 - City Centre

Great location and very spacious!

Check-in…if no one is meeting the guest onsite, a key box should be installed so you don’t walk a few extra blocks with luggage. The box with kitchen sponge, dish towel and dish soap is great but if you don’t provide dishwasher soap, 2 kitchen towels would be ideal so you have a hand and dish towel. The trash and recycling disposal is ridiculously complicated if you aren’t familiar. For just a few nights stay, you should offer to handle for the guests. And maybe putting the different color bags in the trash can would be helpful. There were clear backs in can but everything required transfer to different bags for disposal. It is a waste of bags.

Appartement confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé, à proximité des centres d'intérêt. La rue est très animée et il y a de nombreux restaurants. La chambre est calme parce que située à l'arrière. C'est une belle adresse pour visiter Cagliari.

Pas facile de comprendre les règles de parking dans les rues adjacentes. Certaines places dans les rues du quartier sont gratuites mais l'agence ne nous en a pas informé.

The location is great as it is very near to the center of Cagliari, and quartiere Castello is easy to reach as well as the harbour and train station. They are all within 10-15 min walk. The apartment is spacious and had all what one needs of. The staff is kind and very responsive.

Unfortunately we found the apartment quite dirty. In particular, the floors and surfaces were all dusty and our daughter was fully covered by white dust just after 5 min playing on the floor. The day we left, we moved the cover and sheets of the bed and discovered we had slept on a sheet with mysterous "black dots". This was not a nice sight. Nevertheless, if the staff puts more effort on cleanliness, the apartment is great to stay.

The smooth communication and well written instructions for the apartment beforehand as well as timely communication during check in and check out. They offer also a washing/drying machine in the apartment which was quite handy for us. Located on the edge of the centre. So its calm, but a few steps away from all of the action. The apartment was newly renovated and you even get a welcome kit which was nice (coffee, 2x water, sponge and small dishwasher fluid). Really all of the details were taken care of.

The location is just perfect. You are in the middle of the City Centre with its nice restaurants. Although outside it’s vibrant the bed room is very quiet. And no cockroaches were found ;)

It has great air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, the apartment is perfect placed in the centre but a little further out so it’s not too busy, it has a great washing machine in the bathroom and has a lovely view from the balcony. All the facilities work well and we had no problems.
