La posizione. Comoda vicino al parcheggio, ci sono delle scale da salire.

La pulizia. Sanitari, letto e lavandino erano puliti, ma c’erano aree che non venivano pulite da parecchio tempo (le mattonelle della cucina, sotto il letto, lo scolapiatti, il porta flaconi in bagno: davvero sporchi e appiccicosi). Il letto era un po’ duro, i cuscini sarebbero da acquistare nuovi (uno è molto basso e tutto granuloso).
