Casa Royale Appartamento Acqua

Great apartment very big and modern clean has everything you need inside. Double air on was huge plus in the heat. Location in lovely wee town with coffee shops and markets.

There was no parking it was a bit of a pain to have to pay to park the car/ move it. The host did not accept card payment / bank transfer for city tax this is a big annoyance because most banks charge a lot for withdrawals and we don’t use cash anymore. The area was a good base for few days but not enough in the surroundings for more than few days

Very nice interior and nice coffee shops around , check in instructions v easy to follow. Good base for our one or two day stay.

Nothing all good (not many restaurants close by without a car) but apartment was fab.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Great location, near train station, from where you can explore Como. Close to ferry boat station where you can travel to Bellagio on 20 min direct trip.

Everything. It was more than perfect. It was clean, cozy, we loved space downstairs for the kids.

Location is perfect, I love the town. It was a good choice to go for this location instead of the more crowed side of the lake. The apartment was very well equipped, has everything you need and sharp clean. + has a great view.

We had a problem with the electricity, when we were cooking dinner, lights when off. The host guide us through out the process of fixing everything and it was ok during the evening. In the morning we realized that the refrigerator was not working, good that we were there only for one night so it was ok.

Really well equipped property! Kitchen had all the necessary stuff you’ll need if you want to stay in with family and do some cooking from time to time. Pleasant decor Really helpful customer service Very secure Lovely views Washing machine available in the communal area

It’s not really anything to do with the property itself but parking in Lake Como is a bit of an issue and roads are really narrow so my advice is avoid driving if possible
