"Appartement La Spezia"

L'appartement, très spacieux, est idéalement placé. Proche du centre ville et des commerces. A 5 minutes de l'embarcadère et 20 minutes de la gare centrale pour les Cinque Terra. Proche du parking couvert " Europa Park "

Le bruit de la rue la nuit.

"Stor och fin lägenhet med bra läge."

Stor lägenhet med 2 stora sovrum. 2 badrum men endast 1 toalett. Fullutrustat kök och även tvättmaskin. Läget är bra med nära till affärer, livsmedel och restauranger. Det tar ca 15-20 min att gå från stationen och 10 min till hamnen. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och väntade vid porten när vi kom. Huset var vackert.

Det borde finnas fler klädnypor att hänga tvätten utanför fönstret.

Tres grand appartement, situé a 15 mn de la gare par les rues pietonnes et shopping. Tres bon accueil du propriétaire. Vue sur la place Verdi. Acceuillis avec un procesco et de l eau dans le frigo Je recommande vieil immeuble

Les prises électriques sont capricieuses et vieillotte, elles ne fonctionnent pas toujours

O apartamento é maravilhoso, muito grande, banheiros bons. Localização boa. Super recomendo.

Os dois aparelhos de ar condicionado são portáteis e não dão conta no verão europeu, só refresca.

Monsieur Hans etait tres accueillant. L'emplacement etait parfait a 20 minutes a pied de la gare et a minutes a pied de la cote. L'appartement etait tres propre et confortable.

Accoglienza in presenza,l'appartamento molto spazioso, in centro,in ottima posizione,comodo per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Vi si accede con una rampa di scale,poi con ascensore fino al terzo piano,ed infine con una rampa in discesa Hans ci ha fatto trovare acqua e una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto nel frigo

La pulizia della cucina si puo' migliorare,il frigo aveva la porta che non chiudeva bene,e gia' al nostro arrivo presentava una parete interna piena di ghiaccio, che poi si e' sciolto durante la notte,allagando in parte la cucina Ma soprattutto in uno dei due bagni e' assente il wc, il che essendo una coppia di amici ha creato qualche disagio
