This is my third stay. I keep coming back. Chiara is awesome, the place is amazing, the location is perfect. Couldn’t ask for more

Same awesome experience as last time

It was all great.

The apartment was easy to find and instructions were easy to understand when we received them. Great to have a designated parking space. The traditional apartment itself was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. It was an easy walk to the lake shore and numerous cafes , bars and restaurants with stunning views across the lake. Definately a good place to explore the old Arona town and the wider area.

No down side other than being 2 floors up, but there is a lift if you need it. Not sure if the power jets in the shower were supposed to work, but we couldn't get them to. Normal shower head worked though, so not really a negative.

Perfect location, spacious and clean. Very well stocked. Host was very responsive. Own parking space and an elevator!

Washer did not work. Host responded immediately and offered to fix it the same day, but we suggested otherwise as we did not need it so much. No complaint at all - we understand all appliances break down once in a while, and host's response was excellent.

Fantastic location, the owner was constantly available for any questions, well organized check in, the apartment seemed renovated recently had absolutely everything you needed. Pet friendly!

The wifi did not work but this was the wifi provider, i know. We had our hotspot and luckily this was enough. I suggest the owner to change this service any longer.

Beautiful apartment with all facilities in a great location.

The apartment is much bigger than it seems in the photos, and contains everything you might need from washing detergents to coffee and spices. Location is excellent, and the bedroom is nice and quiet even if there is a lot of people out and about walking around. Very comfortable bed! The private parking space just outside the building is such an amazing perk. Very friendly service, all our questions were answered quickly through WhatsApp. I would definitely stay here again.

Sadly, wi-fi was basically non-existent during our stay for some reason. We also had trouble figuring out the fancy shower cabin and the toilet flushing mechanism, but we managed just fine and I'm sure the owner will fix any issues as soon as they can.
