Lazzaretto Apartments

Riccardo the owner was absolutely brilliant. He helped us with quite a few things whilst we were there & nothing was too much trouble. He helped with directions, printing some documents & also was able to allow a late check out. We loved the breakfast from the pasticceria. Delicious coffee and a huge selection of sweet & savoury food. Once again the staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean & comfortable and only 5 minute walk from the monorail stop at Lazzaretto that takes you to the train station within 5 mins.

It was a little further out than we expected & on the first night we walked into Bologna & it took us 45 mins. However once we found out about the monorail this was fine. Would be helpful to have this info in the property & maybe some other local info. It is a residential area so some minor noise from cars & the planes but nothing that disturbed us too much.

Great location. Thete is an express train 5 minutes from the apt that takes 4minutes to central station. The pastery next to the apt wherr we have breakfast (incl) was excellent. Ricardo the owner was super kind and helpful

There is some place to add more tools in the kitchen

The apartment is nice, the breakfast at the pastry shop tasty and Ricardo are very helpful and welcoming host. Bus stop and airport train stop are just round the corner.

Kitchen could use a bit more equipment (a pan for example) and the pillows are rather flat and small.

The apartment was really good and spacious and the breakfast was very good too and in the same building. It was a 10 minute walk from Lazzaretto monorail stop and was just one stop away from both Bologna Centrale and Marconi Airport. Riccardo (the owner) was a star and made sure our stay was as comfortable as ever!
