Ottima posizione. La terrazza con vista sulla casa di Prezzemolo è impagabile! Molto spaziosa e pulita. Corredo in dotazione e elettrodomestici. Molto gradita la presenza del caffe. Facilita nella comunicazione con l'host. Piscina TOP!

Piccolo malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata. Non trovare l'acqua in frigo.

In der ersten nacht war es super heiß. Leider wurde nicht beschrieben das doe Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage für beide anlagen geht..

The location is great. The property is very spacious.

Not enough heater. We get cold when we stayed there.

There were enough beds to ensure we all had separate areas to sleep - when travelling as a group, privacy at the end of the day is really important so that was good. It was easy enough to travel to Verona for a day trip using the public transport. Lake Garda is only a 15 minute walk away so it was nice to be able to walk to the lake, which is one of the main reasons we booked.

The property listing said that the pool access was seasonal and nothing more, and the private pool was the reason we booked this accommodation. We booked for October 7th to 11th, and during our stay it was 30 degrees but apparently the pool is closed from September. It would have been better to know the exact dates of the “season” of the pool because if we’d had known the pool wasn’t open during our stay we wouldn’t have booked this accommodation. We were also left instructions on the daily recycling pick ups as it is in a residential area, but this was only provided in Italian and Google translate isn’t perfect so we struggled to understand what waste needed to be left outside to collect. The property is exactly opposite to the Gardaland theme park, so when you’re sat on the balcony or if you have the windows open you can hear the screams of people riding the rollercoaster - thankfully the park is only open Friday through Sunday. The seals on the showers were also not great so every time we showered the water leaked onto the floor. The location also isn’t great if you don’t drive and haven’t rented a car - nearest super market is a 20 minute walk and there are buses but we found they were always 15-20 minutes late every time and they only run once an hour since it’s quite rural in location. The electricity also went out in the property during our stay - the host was swift in letting us know where the fuse box was and how to get the electricity back on so that was good, but just a warning to others that you can’t run more than 2-3 appliances at once or else the electricity will cut (which is different compared to the UK at least where it doesn’t matter how many appliances you’re running).
