House fasade needs renovation. Only outside furniture for 4 apartment is one wooden table and one wooden bench. No oven or microwave oven.

If you are traveling by car and want to visit Venice and the surrounding area this is the right place. Our apartment was amazing and spacious, it was sparkling clean, the beds were very comfortable and the fact that it is outside the city is a plus - you can rest much more fully. There is very easy access to Venice by train (the station is 10 minutes away). In addition, and a big surprise for us were the animals that our kind host raises, and also the delicious tomatoes that he picked for us. Thank you Ciro!

Internet was a bit slow.

Very nice big apartment, everything worked properly (hot water, air condition, wi-fi, very good equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, mugs...), Ciro is very helpful and speaks excellent English. We had a great stay in Italy

It was very spacious and clean. No problems with parking. Beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, there is also a laundry room. There are screens in windows to keep bugs out. The kitchen is nice with a fridge, a freezer and a stove. It is about 30 minutes to several beaches. The host was helpful with recommending particular beaches and restaurants close-by. He also recommended visiting Caorle, which was worth it.

Air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room enough. On the other hand, the room was so huge that it did not come as a surprise that air conditioning was not able to handle it. Cold water in the kitchen just trickled, hot water was not a problem. The house is in the middle of nowhere. There were some problems with the farm employee renting the main floor apartment but I hope that it is already resolved.

This is a pleasant accommodation in the Italian countryside, which allows you to visit Venice and go swimming by the sea. The host is reliable and always ready to help. For children, a visit to the adjacent farm, which belongs to the host, is a nice experience.
