The facility is located almost next to the beach (you have to walk just a few steps down the hill). There was a little sea view from the balcony of our apartment. Apartment clean and tidy, well-equipped. The underground garage at guests' disposal is a great convenience. There are many restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops nearby. Clean, pebble beach. There are also other charming beaches within a short distance by car, including sandy ones. The greatest advantage of the apartment was the extremely friendly and helpful host who lives across the street. He welcomed us very warmly, gave us valuable tips on sightseeing and willingly fulfilled our little whims. Thank you Sergio, you are the best.

Due to the heat in August, we complained a bit about the temperature inside the apartment, as the air conditioner is only in the dining room - sometimes it was really hot in the bedrooms and we didn't sleep well. The situation was slightly improved by the host, who provided us with an efficient fan.

Sergio was a super friendly and welcoming host. The apartment was INCREDIBLY clean, absolutely spotless. The location is wonderful as you have everything you need very close by. We loved being so close to the restaurants.

As a family from Britain we are not used to the extreme heat and there was air conditioning in ONLY ONE ROOM! Which was the kitchen. Everynight we couldnt sleep with the heat and ended up having to move our mattresses into the kitchen to sleep. To add insult to injury you are CHARGED FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING! Never have we ever experienced this before at any place we have stayed. It made us sad. We were told that most people dont even need to use the conditioning as they simply open the windows. i find this VERY hard to believe...it was 40 degrees some days... The other problem is all the very strict rules which are emailed to you beforehand AND then painstakingly explained to you, for example NO HEELS NO LOUD NOISE NO PUTTING RUBBISH IN THE WRONG BIN! all very obvious stuff. After a VERY LONG journey the last thing you want to listen to is a long and unnecessary explanation of the house rules. It was painful - at one point Sergio even got out a chopping board from the cupboard and showed us how to cut using a knife on it - i mean - seriously!! We are grown adults! All we wanted to do was get settled but we had to listen while Sergio explained to use how to use a key!!!! He showed us 3 or 4 times how a key works!! My goodness, we laughed but it really was a pain. key box with pin pad entry would have been absolutely fine and much quicker.
