"Good location but very small room"

location: 5 mins walking from the Park, and around 20 mins to the Center. it contains the neccessary utilities.

bed is actually the sofa. shower area is around 1m2 and it is an old shower the not fixed to the wall. very small room, but fine for just sleeping

"Great value for money, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, good for short stays and solo travellers"

The apartment is great for solo travellers, has all the amenities you will need. Is located in a quiet area close to the main sights of the city and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and bars. Access to the apartment is also through two locked front doors to the building, an elevator that requires a fob to access, and then the locked apartment door - felt very safe and in a quiet building. The host is very friendly and super helpful - I accidentally left my own house keys in the apartment when I left and she was really helpful and quick in getting them posted to me. Thank you again for this!

The bed became a little uncomfortable after a few nights as it is a pull-out sofa bed. Not so bad for a shorter stay, but just be aware if planning to book for a longer time or if you have back issues.
