Хороший просторный номер, все чисто, есть кухня, удобный вход, близко к центру

Нет кондиционера в номере, пришлось открыть дверь и балкон, чтобы создать сквозняк, резиденция расположена у базара, район грязный, запахи и бомжи. Есть прачечная за отдельную плату, но не продумано с порошком, мы когда пришли стирать, то не было порошка …

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Monolocale pulito e ordinato. Aria condizionata. Bagno completo di bidet. Cucina ok. La struttura è una social housing ben tenuta, e ha a disposizione spazi comuni, e anche una lavanderia. Il divano letto forse per più notti potrebbe essere scomodo, ma per un weekend va benissimo. Adiacente al mercato più grande d'Italia, il quartiere è molto folkloristico, colorato, profumato, vivo. Centro raggiungibile a piedi.

Quartiere a volte sporco.

Fabio is a great host, he was very helpful and friendly, he waited for us when we checked in at midnight. Location next to Porta Pallazo was super great because you could see everyday life of a citizen and you could go everywhere on foot. A basket of sweets was a very nice surprise :)

Poor wi-fi

Great location behind the market place. Very central. Everything was clean and nice, absolutely loved it.

The area is a bit shady, but there were no incidents.

The location was very central, easy to find, and the staff was nice.

The bathroom has a strong foul sewage smell that cannot be rid of. This is a huge sanitary issue that I hope the property manager will truly take care of in fixing. Anyone staying there for an extended time will for sure be exposed to lots of bacteria/virus in the air with that foul smell. The room I stayed at was located on the 1st floor, and 1st room (ie, red kitchen).

The social housing is a great project. We enjoyed the multicultural environment of the area and the palace itself.

Almost nothing

The location is bad. It a dirty quarter near the market. There are different rooms in this accommodation. I had the one with red kitchen. DON'T book it! The view is to the trash bins! In other reviews people write about good view. Not in this room! The fridge was broken! The door of the freezer is broken and it doesn't close. It is full of ice. I had to melt it. And there is another review on the sane case here. That means the owner doesn't fix it! Bad smell in the bathroom. Too big table which doesn't let you walk normally. Doesn't actually leave enough space for that. Absolutely unpleasant place.
