"Geras butas išsimiegojimui"

Geras buto dydis, patogios lovos ir pagalvės, storos antklodės, daug rankšluosčių, daug indų ir buitinių prietaisų. Butas tylus nors ir šalia intensyviai juda automobiliai. Visuose kambariuose kondicionieriai. Rajone daug maitinimo įstaigų, o šalia namo nuostabi Gelateria.

Nepatiko švaros trūkumas. Butas reikalauja gilesnio valymo. Reiktų pravalyti spinteles, stalčius, indaplovę, skalbimo mašiną, baldų rankenėles. Indaplovė jau net nebeplauna efektyviai. Kiek keistas kvapas bute, bet tikriausiai nuo namų kvapų, kurie ne mano skonio. Gana prastas internetas.

"Perfect Apartment for Family Getaway"

We rented for 6 days in early September 2025 because it had great access by transit from Porta Nuova station. The place itself was spacious at 95 sq m, very clean and with outdoor balconies with sight lines of the Italian alps as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare meals as we cooked for ourselves almost everyday with access to grocery store, butcher shop, cafes and restaurants when needed within 200m. The host was always available when needed and having a dishwasher and full size laundry machine also came in handy. I highly recommend this rental.

L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovissimo e curato nei minimi particolari, è molto spazioso e pulito. Situato in una zona tranquilla vicino allo Stadio Olimpico, collegato con i mezzi di trasporto. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.
