A casa di Esther

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Esther! From the moment we arrived, Federica made us feel right at home with her warm and friendly welcome. She truly goes above and beyond—she even prepared a beautifully detailed welcome book, which gave us all the important information we needed before and during our stay. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great for a good night's sleep, and the facilities throughout the home were excellent. One of our favorite parts was the small terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day—it was such a peaceful way to start the day. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood while still being connected to the city. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the center, or even quicker by bus, with a stop conveniently close to the house. Federica is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered, and we’d absolutely recommend Casa di Esther to anyone visiting the area!

It was a beautiful apartment close to the city. It felt very quiet and cozy which was lovely.

The apartment is spacious and has a kitchen with the stove, fridge, cutlery and a Nespresso coffee machine. With it goes plenty of free coffee and tea. The interior design is executed in an impressive style with a mix of European and African aesthetics. The neighborhood is very cosy, beautiful and calm. It's well connected with the bus service that's pretty cheap in Bologna (1.5 € per ride per person). A great bonus is the court dinner table where one can enjoy a meal under the sun and listen to bird songs under the lush trees. The host Federica was very warm and welcoming, she provided us with everything we needed and more.

The only minus is the fact that it's a semi-cellar apartment with only one opaque window.

The host is very friendly and attentive, the place looks better than the pictures.
