Le istruzioni chiare e precise, la tranquillità, il letto comodo e i piccoli pensieri che si trovano all'interno della casa (come ad esempio una lavagnetta con i consigli su dove fare colazione e andare a mangiare), la disponibilità per farmi fare il check-in prima e la vicinanza all'ospedale S.Anna (20 minuti a piedi)

Wir haben uns,wie daheim gefühlt. Es war sauber und gemütlich, toll ausgestattet. Sogar Kaffepads und Kaffepulver, Spüllmittel,Öl und Pasta waren da.Einen grossen,Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spielsachen und Kuscheltiere für Kinder, Bücher und viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten von der Vermieterin bereitgestellt. Alles top.
