ROLoved this stay! I’m gonna start with how friendly Marco was. He came to meet us and walked us through the apartment. Although the apartment is far from the city(which we looked for) it has everything you could ask for. All kinds of supplies, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms. Breakfast was provided. The apartment was so clean and nice smelling. The parking lot is a huuge plus. Additionally, Marco provided a list of restaurants to try, both nearby and the city.

ITThis house has everything we needed. There was a capsule coffee machine as well. Very comfortable apartment well-furnished and clean. Private parking space. It's very closed to Bologna by car.

Master bedroom matress was too firm for me and nightly noise from neighbor through the wall of first bedroom. Hall lock almost impossible to open and close easily.
PLReally great apartment for vacation! Large, with two amazing bedroooms and slaon with kitchen. Also a huge balcony with second kitchen. Clean, has all facilities you need like iron, hair dryer, towels, dish washer itc. The included breakfast means that the fridge has a variety of food and in the cupboard we find a lot of snacks. The host was really helpful and nice.
The apartment is a bit far from the centre of Bolonia, when you don;t have a car, the moving is complicated, because bus is always late and isn;t coursing in the late eveing (after 10 pm).Also, the coach was not comfortable and the TV is a little bit old.
GBWonderfully decorated, very stylish and two good sized double bedrooms. Full working kitchen with pans and utensils. Private gated parking accessed with a key fob. Outdoor kitchen with covered balcony. Quite peaceful with a good local restaurant around the corner.
Sofa could have been a little more comfortable but doubles up as a bed so there will always be a compromise and if more than two people are staying, there is not enough comfortable seating in the living/dining kitchen which is one room.

PRvery few times I have seem places that provides foods for breakfast, here we had fruits fresh milk, juice, ham and cheese . . . when you arrive late at night after flight delays thinks like this make your day!! Giulio wait for us at the place event though was midnight
