WellStay Perugia Train Station

Nonostante la zona stazione non sia il massimo, è collegata benissimo con il centro storico grazie al minimetrò vicinissimo alla struttura. Le lenzuola erano pulite e l’appartamento era accogliente

There are two great things about this property, which we stayed at for one month, longer than most. First, the host was a great support. He met us on the first day, showed us around the apartment and gave us great insight into travelling in the local area. Within the first or second day, we noticed a faulty hinge on the toilet. The host arranged for the fix around our needs and supervised the repair. Apart from this, he was straightforward to contact and helpful when we needed to collect our parcels and other requirements. He was an excellent host—secondly, the apartment location. Just a few minutes walk from bus, rail and monorail connection, without any transport noise. You can be in the historical centre within 15 minutes (walk 5 min + monorail 10 minutes). The apartment was clean, tidy and perfect for an extended stay.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great location, close to the train station. The host was very helpful and managed to assist us with our needs. Communication with Jacopo was easy and very approcable

We had a short stay in Perugia and an early departure from the train station. this was a perfect location for our needs. Plus, a 5 minute walk away was an excellent neighborhood restaurant.

For what we needed it was fine. if you want to spend all your time in the historic district, you might want to consider something in that area.

Great place to stay, spacy with all the comfort you need, and an extensive Netflix service as an extra! Big plus! Host Jacobo is a very friendly fellow who will help you on your way with all information you could possibly need

Just a tiny suggestion: when checking out you need the appartement keys to exit the front door of the building. I left my keys in the appartement for Jacobo to pick up, but this meant I only could leave the building when someone incidentally happened to be there at the same time to open the main door. No big hassle by the way, just something that might be arranged differently
