Cassatella House

Apartmán byl čistý, krásně připravený. Je na stategickém místě pro výlety do okolí i po Katánii. Pěšky kousek do historického centra, na autobusové i vlakové nádraží. Vybavení vše, co je potřeba,včetně pračky. Pohodlné spaní pro 4, dole gauč s oddělitelným lůžkem s kvalitní matrací. Jen pozor na pojistky, vypadávají při puštění více spotřebičů a pak nelze sputit klimetizace,je třeba restart na dálku majitelem. Majitel Tonny byl velmi vstřícný a se vším nám pomohl. Na pěkné písčité pláže je nutné dojet (lze městskou dopravou), pěšky jsou daleko.

Skvělé ubytování v pěší vzdálenosti do historického centra i vlakového nádraží. Byt čistý, plně vybavený (od čistících prostředků až po slunečník na pláž - jako rodina s dětmi jsme ocenili pračku a plážový míč k dispozici). Příjemný je i menší balkon s částečným výhledem na moře. Ubytovalel Tony byl vstřícný a rychle reagoval na naše dotazy, komunikace s ním byla bezproblémová.

Asi jen úplný detail - dům zvenku a domovní chodba by zasloužily renovaci.

Centrally located flat equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (kitchen, washing machine, air con, electric fan) and all extras (tea, coffee, salt, oil, soap). There is also a big bathtub and a small balcony with ropes and pegs to hang your laundry for air drying. The host Tony was available online per WhatsApp and even allowed us to check-in a bit earlier right after finishing cleaning from the previous stay.

The flat is up on the 1st floor with 2 flights of steep staircase, which might be challenging for families with a stroller. The lower sofa bed is slightly squeeky and not too comfy. The power switch tends to automatically turn off when several things are used at the same time (washing machine, boiler and induction herd), so when this happened we couldn't find the switch (which is located above the washing machine) and had to call Tony. Turning off the boiler helps to finish laundry and cooking without power supply interruption.

We are extremely happy with our stay. It was clean, cozy and the location is fantastic. We will go there again ♥️

Quite small and not all beds are confortable.

It was a really nice apartment close to the city center. Everything was great, we had an excellent time there. :)

The apartment is clean, cozy, very well located and we had very good communication with the owner. It made our vacation perfect.

Just a smell in staircase, that has nothing to do with the property.

The location of the apartment is very good. Near the market, station, city center. Food places are very easily accessible.
