The owner, Stella, sends so great energy that makes you want to stay there for long. We’ll definitely be back. The apartment is reaaally spacious, clean, and well equipped. Outside there are orange, lemon, mandarines trees, planted by Stella’s father in law 30-40 years ago- making one think about life, and human legacy. And these are soo charming! In addition you can park your car behind a closed gate- great benefit.

Casa Noemi ist eine sehr schöne, stilvolle und geräumige Wohnung in einem etwas außerhalb von Sperlonga gelegenen Haus in landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig, die Küche geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet, das Tageslichtbad ist groß und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Eine geräumige Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten und ein Balkon stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr positiv ist, dass die gesamte Wohnung mit Fliegengittern ausgerüstet ist, sodass man gut lüften und die Wohnung gut abkühlen kann. Stella, die Gastgebetrin, hat uns freundlich und warmherzig empfangen und uns nicht nur mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps, sondern auch mit leckeren Tomaten und Zucchini aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Stella ist keine Vermieterin, sondern eine Gastgeberin, der daran gelegen ist, dass sich ihre Besucher wohlfühlen und den Aufenthalt genießen. Das kann man sich nicht besser wünschen. Die Lage ist schon so, dass man ein Auto benötigt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles Wesentliche bekommt. Für größere Einkläufe muss man nach Sperlonga. Wir konnten zwei Fahrräder benutzen und Stella hat uns einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir zu einem schönen, etwas abseits gelegenen Strand radeln konnten und uns die überfüllte und teure Sperlonga Beach sparen konnten.

Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten nichts auszusetzen.

The hosts, Stella and Toni, are a wonderful couple. They make you feel so at home. We will be going there again! The town, Sperlonga, is a lovely, quaint place with good restaurants and magnificent beaches.

l'accueil exceptionnel de Stella et la qualité du logement, au delà de nos espérances . L'appartement est absolument immense. 3 terrasses pour trouver le soleil ou s'en protéger . Pas très loin de la mer, même si à pied, ça m 'aurait semblé difficile, vu mon âge . Mais nous sommes venus en voiture, alors la question ne se posait pas . La maison est vraiment très agréable, et Stella est de très bon conseil sur tout ce qu'on peut faire ) Sperlonga ( plage exceptionnelle) et aux environs

We’ve stayed all over Italy druing many trips, but Stella (and her husband) take hospitality to another level—it truly feels like sentirsi a casa. She welcomed us like old friends, shared local tips, arranged bikes, offered homemade products, and quickly solved anything that came up. The terrace and veranda are the soul of the stay—quiet, beautiful views, and that “home” feeling you don’t often find. We almost don’t want to share this hidden gem… but it deserves it.

Everything about our stay was perfect and magical. Couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host than Stella, going above and beyond to make our stay the best experience ever, even teaching us how to make traditional Italian recipes. The apartment itself is spotless and incredibly spacious with stunning views. There’s bikes to use at your disposal to get to the beach and into town via a beautiful cycle path. Stella also offers lots of information for local hidden gems to visit. If only we could have stayed longer - we will be back next year : ) Georgia and Max x

Sono stata a Sperlonga per la prima volta con mio figlio e non potevamo trovare di meglio. Casa Noemi è magica e Stella è una persona fantastica. Ospitalità, cortesia, accoglienza, supporto, disponibilità, sorrisi e tanto amore per il proprio lavoro hanno reso la nostra vacanza speciale. Splendida la veranda da cui si può ammirare il tramonto e bellissima la vista sul lago Lungo e il mare. Il posto ideale per godersi le vacanze in pace e tranquillità pur restando a pochi passi dal centro abitato e da tutti i servizi.

Ospitalità, cordialità, pulizia,coccole, insomma abbiamo trovato più di quello che uno s'immagina! La signora Stella è veramente eccezionale! Super Consigliato.
