Bed was comfortable. Has a washer, but we didn't use it.

Access to apt. is via a "key code" thru a manager. If you don't have WIFI, it's impossible to get inside. I finally had to call the property mgr. who let us in remotely. She finally sent me the access link via What'sApp, but you still need WIFI to get in. I asked for a key, but none was available except for the front door. So many properties are using keyless methods, but they often fail if you can't get WIFI...a damn key is the easiest! I also had to call again because they gave a wrong WIFI password. Weak WIFI. There are no lights in the kitchen area; lighting is poor throughout. Coffee maker did not work easily. Location is shaky--taxis do not seem to want to go to this area because it's "problematic" at night. It's a working-class neighborhood filled with immigrants, but we found Arabs and a couple of black men very kind and helpful. Elevator broke down on our departure date, so carrying heavy luggage was difficult. Since Ubers/taxis are quite expensive, I would opt to stay closer to major sights next time. The value for this apt. was not good!

It is a comfortable apartment, cozy, clean, well-equipped and located in a modern building inside. The whole process of check-in, check-out was automated, so we never saw the owner, although we kept in touch by whats'app, and she was very kind. I missed a little that human side of customer service in the hotel and tourism industry, but I also understand that nowadays the use of technology and artificial intelligence is in vogue, leaving aside the person to person contact. In any case, everything worked perfectly to enter the building, despite the fact that we arrived at 10 pm. In the summer heat air conditioning would be ideal, but the apartment is equipped with two fans, so nothing to say considering that any rating should be made taking into account quality-price. The previous comments about the neighborhood are true, it is a location in a multiethnic area, but we really felt very quiet and safe. On the other hand, we found the streets too dirty, but this is due to the fact that the main city market is half a block away. To compensate a bit for this negative aspect, we took the opportunity to take a photo session to the local life, appreciate the beauty of the market facade and eat one of the best burgers we have ever tasted in the central market of Turin.

The only aspect to improve. At check out, the cleaning lady rang our doorbell at 10:25. We still had not finished packing the last things in order to film the video we were asked to send by what's' app in order to deliver the apt. As well, we couldn't have time to pick up the garbage to take it to the street, something we were asked to do by what's' app (by the way, something we were very surprised to be asked to do as a clients). We felt pressured to hand over the keys and leave the apt quickly. I would suggest having a little consideration with the client's departure, since, added to the fact that the check-out is too early, it is very undiplomatic to make them feel that they must rush out. The owner apologized by whats'app, something we appreciated despite the discomfort experienced at the end.
