Lovely appartment spotlessly clean nice thoughtful touches such as cakes, water and umbrellas

The stairs were not easy with suitcases

Excellent location, within 10 mins walking to Ortigia. Also the apartment is big enough for a family of 3-4. The wifi is good enough, it is clean and well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. It is easy to get into the apartment with a self-checkin process which is smooth and the host is responsive.

If you’re travelling outside of Summer, you will need heating especially for the night when temperatures drop outside to about 5 Celsius and indoor to about 15 Celsius. The apartment does have a solution, the air conditioning units (present in both rooms), but they dry out the air very fast and it becomes uncomfortable. I am aware few apartments in Southern Italy have heating, but it definitely would have helped. The mattress in at least one of the beds needs replacing ASAP, it simply leaves a huge hole after a few minutes od staying there (no, I am not fat) and it becomes difficult to sleep or move during sleep. Finally, the building is right next to an intersection and especially during weekends it is noisy as heck until late at night. So if you have small kids or are lite sleepers, beware.

Eine super Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern, Küche und Bad und Balkon und ist sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Roberta war super freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique appartement rénové avec goût, en parfait état et très propre. La cuisine contient tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin ! Très bien situé tout près de la gare, de l'Interbus et des casiers dépose-bagages.

N'ayant pas de valise, cela ne m'a pas dérangé, il faut monter les escaliers sur 2 ou 3 étages.

Limpeza absolutamente impecável. A anfitriã nos encontrou na acomodação para nos passar as chaves e as instruções. Tivemos tudo de que precisávamos durante nossa estadia, inclusive máquina de lavar, máquina de café, fogão, utensílios de cozinha etc. A anfitriã deixou uns docinhos deliciosos na mesinha de escritório e eu amei experimentar as balinhas italianas (comi quase todas). A localização é ímpar, extremamente perto da estação de trem e do local de onde saem ônibus para outras cidades, e é muito fácil chegar a Ortigia a pé. Há supermercados e estabelecimentos comerciais variados bem perto do local. UMA COISA MUITO RARA EM SIRACUSA E QUE ESTA ACOMODAÇÃO TEM: PRESSÃO NA ÁGUA DO CHUVEIRO! =D Estadia excelente; acomodação mais que recomendada.
