SUITE 188 - Welcome

Cuisine mal equipée (pas de poele 1 jeu de couverts par personne pas plus, 1 feu sur 2 ne fonctionne pas sur la gaziniere), salle de bain pas propre et odeur nauseabonde. 1 seule telecommande pour gerer les 2 climatisation (chambre et salon).

Increíble lugar además de comodo y muy cerca de todo, la atención de Emilio es impresionante, siempre presente en todos los detalles. Muy recomendable a 100 metros de los mejores restaurantes de Palermo. Hermosa experiencia.

Le logement était très bien situé avec la possibilité de tout visiter à pied. Très calme, la clim appréciable, logement propre et une literie au top. Tout correspond aux photos..Le bon accueil d'Émilio en toute simplicité avec le petit cadeau de bienvenue très sympa..😉..Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir..

The flat is great and the location is perfect

We arranged to check in at 14:00 and Emilio was there to meet us at the arranged time

well located, spacious, the housing was great! The owner, was extremely helpful and arranging with us. At the end of our stay, we forgot a wallet, he found it and managed to find us to give it back - I highly recommend !

The place was easy to find, just 4 minutes away from the Via Roma 265 airport bus stop. Grocery stores within a short walk, and perfectly situated between the cathedral and the port. It's a busy, bustling street outside, but inside was pretty quiet. Emilio was a friendly and helpful host. We traveled with our toddler, who slept well in the pack-n-play he provided and who liked the open spaces and high ceiling of the LR. Would definitely stay here again.

The plumbing is a bit loud when you turn on the water or flush the toilet, so just be prepared.

This is a beautiful traditional, spacious apartment with high painted ceilings. It is modernised, well appointed and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and any questions we had were answered immediately. The location was better than we imagined being within minutes walk to all the sites, market, port and restaurants galore. It is on Via Roma, one of the main roads in Palermo but not noisy. We drove and the apartment is in the ZTL zone so a tariff of €5 needs to be paid on your day of entry - ticket available from Tabac next door to apartment so super handy! Make sure you organise parking with the owner in advance as this would be impossible otherwise! He helped us with this and directed us to reserved parking about 5 minutes walk away (€10 / day). If we were to return to Palermo again then we’d definitely stay here again.

Make sure you get good directions to parking - or perhaps the owner could draw a map as there are many one way streets.
