Un gioiello con vista sulla basilica di S. Rufino. Tutto bellissimo e curatissimo

Très bel appartement idéalement situé dans la partie haute d'Assise. Bien équipé (cusine, sdb,...) Décoration et ambiance générale très agréable.

La 1ère salle de bain n'est accessible que via une des chambres. La 2ème est très petite.

Super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber, äußerst netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin… alles perfekt, vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

Breakfast was not supplied. The location was excellent. It was very close to the bus terminus, just a few metres from a Bar/Restaurant and a short walk to two supermarkets. The kitchen was compact but it did have all the necessary appliances to cook a storm, including a microwave, coffee machine, expresso coffee maker and a toaster. Most apartments have some of these but not all. Morena our hostess is a very warm person, it was a pleasure to meet her.

A washing machine would have been wonderful but there was no laundry. A few too many steps to the front door but they were manageable.

I stayed for two nights in this beautiful little apartment, perfectly located just a short walk from the main Piazza in Assisi. It was clean, cozy, and compact, yet very well equipped. The small terrace was a wonderful spot to enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The bedroom was bright and airy, with large French windows overlooking the charming San Rufino campanile. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby after long days exploring the area. The modern bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. My lovely autumn weekend in Assisi was made even more special by the wonderful host, Morena. She was kind, thoughtful, and welcoming—and even greeted me with a delicious Italian jam tart waiting in the kitchen. I would happily stay here again!

Was perfect, wonderful location. There is a little bit of noise from the street but a small price to pay for a wonderful property and host! Would totally recommend.

Sometimes the noise on the street seemed close, but not enough to not want to stay again!

Excellent location in the old town only metres from parking lot. Very nice little apartment, comfortable beds, extremely dark so easy to get a good sleep. Had everything we needed

Nothing to speak of really, as I mentioned quite dark so you wouldn’t want to spend a lot time there during the daytime but we didn’t anyway, too much to see in Assisi.
