Little loud location. disturbed sleep. also water tube is too small and only one person can shower during evening.

Very comfortable, has an actual living room area which is rare for this price. Microwave and even coffee machine with coffee capsules. Friendly Host but not much english. Spanish or google translate will do. Location is close to the fish market and 10-15 mins walking to big visit items. Balcony too! Renovated bathroom.

Smell from the shower drain we think but the host was very quick to answer and fix it.

Lovely flat. The Owner Massimo Is very welcoming and gave us all the info we needed for the house. The bed is supercomfortable and It was a big plus for us. The area Is a bit run down but so Is Palermo in a lot of his parts .The flat Is 5 minutes walk from Ballarò which Is an incredibile market and we loved being so close to It. A bit noisy at times but It did never disrupt our sleep. The toilet area had a persistent smell of drains which however did not bother us too much and never got far enough to be smelled into the bedroom. Overall I would reccomend It since It Is central, close to some cool places and a 15 minutes walk from Palermo Centrale train station. There Is room for improvement but overall It Is a nice Place and once again great owner, kind and friendly.

We loved the location, close to the great market, it was clean and well taken care off. Everything was there that you needed. Massimo was a great host who helped with our needs.

It was a sweet place for us in hectic, chaotic and beautiful Palermo, Sicily….

Nice freshly repaired apartment with balcony. Well equipped.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was very well appointed, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, on a street off of the food market. We loved being immersed in Sicilian culture with the ladies talking across their balconies and sending their buckets up and down to collect supplies.

Wonderful host! Amazing value for price, great atmosphere, very clean. Location is in walking distance from all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay!

Pretty nice appartment, near the city center. The AC was working very well, kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The host was nice and was answering our questions.

In the desription there is an information about two beds and a fouton. In reality there was only one bed in the bedroom and one sofa (unfortunately it was without the sleeping option). I would change the desription to not make the future guests confused. The walls in the appartment are really thin and there are windows facing the staircase, which makes appartment a bit loud. Overall, good value for the price.

Apartment located in Old Town, really close to Cathedral and main promenade. Very, very nice, helpful and kind host. Price-quality ratio on very high level. Thanks!
