Die Nähe zur Arena.

Die Unterkunft liegt mit den schlecht gedämmten Fenstern zu einer Straße rückseitig der Restaurants. Nachts um 2 werden die letzten Glastonnen der Restaurants in die großen Sammelcontainer geschüttet. Da ist man das erste Mal wach. Der Container wird dann morgens um 7 entleert. Das zweite Mal steht man im Bett. Kurz danach kommt dann der Getränkelieferant, parkt direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster und beginnt die leeren und vollen Fässer durch die Gegend zu werfen. Damit ist die Nacht vorbei. Eine Übernachtung am Wochenende ist sicher entspannter. Wir waren von Donnerstag auf Freitag dort.

Exzellente Lage. - Sehr netter Gastgeber. Tolle Ausstattung. Jederzeit wieder. - Wenn man eventuell noch eine kleine Kochnische einbauen könnte, dann wäre es die absolute Top-Wohnung.

Alles ok. Nur eine kleine Anregung: Sowohl Zugangs- wie auch Wohnungstür lassen sich nur mit Handy öffnen; man muss unbedingt darauf achten, dass man genügend Akku hat. Es wäre (falls technisch möglich) wünschenswert, wenn es eine mechanische Notlösung gäbe (zb Not - Schlüssel in einem kleinen Safe bei der Zugangstür mit Code).
