Casa dei Girasoli

Our host was very helpful and delightful. Her apartment is quirky, adequate and good location for the central part of Monopoli, bus and station. Needs a bit of updating.

Needs a fan in the main bedroom, new sheets/pillow cases required preferably white and mattress on sofa bed not very comfortable.

The house is very spacious, has a large sleeping room and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated close to the old town (10 min. walk) and beaches (15-20 min.).

The shower is a bit old, needs an update. The cupboard smells a bit humid, also the closet in the sleeping room.

The flat has a really good location, it is not far from the historical center and the sea. It has plenty of space and very well equipped. The owner is really nice and helpful.

The accomodation style is a bit old fashioned, some of the furnitures, cupboards are a bit worn, but that is it. For us it did not make a big difference, but on the other hand it felt cozy and friendly. For this money it was a really good value and a the perfect place for a few days.
