The location is perfect. It's very close to the leaning tower but extremely quiet and peaceful. The garden is a big bonus, we enjoyed it a lot.

The shower could do with a renovation. You can't open the sleeping room window because it's facing the AC outlet.

The apartment was on the ground floor with doors leading out onto a lovely private garden. The apartment felt very safe and secure and was excellently located about 5 minutes from the leaning tower and the botanical gardens. The area has lots of places to eat and has 2 food stores within a 5 minutes walk. I walked there from the train station which took about 20 minutes but was an easy walk. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay The owner sent me details of accessing the keys by text the day before my stay as promised which was reassuring. The keys were in a key safe but i struggled to open it as it was slghtly different to the ones in the UK (the button needs to be twisted rather than pressed in) but the owner was very responsive and helped talk me through accessing the keys when i contacted her.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and great value for money. My only difficulty was with accessing the key safe and trying to open the apartment door when inside the apartment block. I found that by pulling the door towards me and turning the key the door opened with some ease.

We had an awesome stay at this apartment super close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's right in the middle of everything, surrounded by lots of great places to eat. The host was amazing—really communicative and even let us check in early, which was a lifesaver since it was raining when we arrived. The apartment is in this cool old building and is super stylish and comfy, with everything you need. Plus, it has an amazing terrace that’s perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommend this spot if you're heading to Pisa and want a central, comfy place to stay!

We liked everything. The apartment is very close to the Leaning Tower. There is a supermarket in the street 3 minutes away from the apartment. The railway station is a 20 minute walk. It was absolutely quiet and we really enjoyed the small garden with the beautiful palm tree and the lot of birds. There are all the necessary facilities for a week stay and it was clean and comfortable. All in all, we would go back any time as was the best choice in the centre of a busy town.

Close to the center. Well equipped kitchen. Entrance area and coat hangers, that we didn’t have anywhere else. Spacious appt.

Neighbors on top walking up and down at 2 am. But I sleep very light.

The hosts were just so lovely and chill. Elisa is extremely easily reachable and responsive. The landlord who lives next door is also super nice.

Same regret as everyone else: you cannot open the window in the bedroom. But this is largely compensated by how nice the hosts and flat itself are.

Everything was great! Fabulous location, safe and quiet. Easy check-in. Comfort - ok, spacious, amenities as described. We have communicated very well with our host.

It was all perfect! The bed was very confy, the location right in the city center and the terase was just wonderful!

Location is very good, kitchen is well provided with all basic things, rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, courtyard is beautiful with lots of plants, the host is very very prompt and responsible
