The hosts were polite, but there was a clear pattern of “friendly” pressure : — private massage in WhatsApp for extra payment — the hosts charged additional costs for bed linen and towels, also + 20€ per person for laundry. at the end we paid + 135€ more. — cash deposit requirement that was not clearly mentioned in the listing. it’s okay, but we hadn’t cash 300€. — check-in also had unexpected issues despite earlier arrangements. P.S. but Silvia, who was responsible for the property, was a kind and helpful woman.

Świetnie położony apartament, z widokiem na jezioro, balkonami. Ok 10 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Na posesji jest bezpośredni dostęp do jeziora, bardzo wygodny do kąpieli czy pływania na Supach..Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, jedyne czego nam brakowało przy tygodniowym pobycie z dziećmi to pralka. Bardzo pomocny personel.

Apartament jest położony przy ulicy, ruch słychać w apartamencie, zwłaszcza przy otwartych w nocy oknach. Jeśli ktoś jest wrażliwy na hałas, może mieć problemy ze snem.

Super Lage, direkter Seezugang. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und Omegna in 600m gut zu Fuß erreichbar…

Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement op het meer was prachtig.

Locatie van het appartement bevindt zich buiten het centrum van de plaats. Er staan oude achterstallige panden naast het appartementencomplex. Is op loopafstand van het centrum te doen maar, niet dagelijks een paar keer te bewandelen.

L'appartement est situé au 3eme étage, face lac ...la vue est exceptionnelle !!!!L'intérieur est aménagé avec goût, vraiment très agréable !!!L'emplacement est super!!!! A moins de 30 mn de stressa, d'orta et de montarone !!!

Absolutely gorgeous apartments for family vacation. Full equipped for long term stay with all stuff you might need. And view .. o my it’s just stunning. Good location to get anywhere you want to go and do some sightseeing, .. shops, restaurants are also in the reachable distance. Very nice and friendly host who will assist and help in case of necessity I would gladly recommend these apartments

This is a single apartment managed from out of town so not really suitable for booking.com I received weird messages on WhatsApp - NOT through booking.com at strange hours It was by far the most UNcomfortable of my stays in Italy There was no linen on the beds - I used my own AND my own towel because theirs were so threadbare but was still charged laundry out of cash deposit No facilities coffee machine listed was actually an an antique dripolator. If you are driving with your own daily comforts this wiuld be fine but completely soulless for a solo traveller. Also on a busy road just out of town so bit nerve wracking to walk as no path. Also traffic noise and freight trains during night no aircon so need window open in summer NOT EVEN. A simple floor fan

Be Aware: hidden costs! This is not at all communicated clearly when you book. NO BEDLINNENS and TOWEL INCLUDED!! You will be charged 18 euro per person. Outragious amount for bedlinnens and towels. Which should be standard available in my opinion.
