great location, excellent rooms and fittings. Ample parking down the hill.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable

It was a fantastic location nearby to restaurants and wine shops.

There was nobody onsite to assist with any problems. The property requires the guest to complete paperwork online normally done by hotel staff that is required by the government. If you neglect to do so you will not get the lock box code. The property manager was very rigid and would allow entry to a handicapped person for 3 hours until the paperwork was completed.

Everything was so prefect!! We stayed as a family with our 5 month old baby and our dog but I would definitely recommend this place also to a couple/honeymoon spot. Was very romantic and had a lot of space. As most restaurants in Italy don't open until what we Germans consider "late" 7 or 7:30 pm, it was just too late for us to go out to dinner with our baby so having a kitchen to cook dinner for our selves really was a life saver!

Perfect location, great amenities, clean and comfortable. Like most old towns in Tuscany, parking can be difficult. There is an inexpensive 24h parking, about 50 from the room, right by the Fortress entrance.

Difficult to find the authorized parkings, if it is your first time in town. Better directions to the property would be helpful, it was hard to find. Maybe add a picture of the outside of the property and surroundings.
