Very clean and well-equipped apartments with everything you need, in an excellent location. Luigi was very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the best restaurants and entertainment options and helped us find parking. Highly recommended.

If you don’t like the smell of fish it might bother you at first but soon you don’t notice it. It is in the centre of town and above the fish market so there can be a bit of noise it didn’t keep us awake but something to be aware of.

Everything about this place is fantastic including Santi and Luigi. Location is in the most perfection location. Right in the middle of everything. 5 balconies to choose from, a massive apartment and literally around the corner to the local bus station that takes you to any day trips you wish to take. And having the fish market below was amazing. We went and bought loads and cooked and ate in apartment with so many facilities and spices to make it easy. I would 100% recommend and surrounded by all the local sights and amazing restaurants you can't go wrong!!!

Nice big apartement with light in and views and balkonies. Simple, modern. Just in The middle of center and noisy life, but quiet in The apartement. We Will come back.

We enjoyed our stay in the heart of Catania. If you would like to spend few days like the local people, the apparrment with unique location is highly recommended!! We felt there like in home.. Thank you, Luigi!

I liked that the flat was big, with a lot of windows, in the city center. And if you wanna see an authentic sicilian fish market this is the place. There are a lot of bars and terraces were you can eat close to the apartment. Santi and Luigi are very nice, warm and really helpfull. You will think that the flat is noisy, because it's situated in the middle of the market, but it's acceptable. We really loved the placement of the apartment.

I think the flat can be cleaned up better, especially the kitchen, bathroom or the refrigerator. In the bathroom you didn't have a cup to put the teeth brush, if it's important for you this kind of stuff.

It was next to the fish market, so it was noisy early in the morning when they were setting up.
