I haven't seen the hosts but they explained everything very well by telephone and WhatsApp. The appartment is situated on the 5th floor, the elevator goes to the 4th so you have to climb yourself one floor. The appartment is really large, with nice views. Really large balcony, superb! Kitchen, tv, everything is present. The centre of Barberino is at 400 m distance.

"A good choice for our stopover"

Plenty of space with a really lovely terrace and views in all directions. There is a good pizzeria a few minutes walk away. Good location with easy access to the autostrada. If I had known that there was a huge outlet shopping centre down the road I might have arranged our trip to include a visit, but my husband persuaded me that we didn’t have time!

It’s a little dated.

"Lovely place, wonderful view and central base for a tour of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna"

Gianni and Silvia are wonderful hosts, always ready and happy to answer your questions. They also prepare you in advance with a few useful videos. Barberino is a lovely small, peaceful town with some wonderful local traditions. Perfectly placed between several must-visit locations. And the Attico offers an excellent view over the area. It basically has all the things one really needs. Some of the interior is a bit dated, but instead of listing that as a negative point, I personally felt it added to the authentic experience.

Nice penthause. Really big apartment. (2 separated bedroom, plus a living room) Very comfortable beds. Close to autostrada and to Firenze. Nice view.

Smells cigarette. It was cold, the owner turned the central heating on, but it just helped a little.

Pictures of the apartment (rooms and the balcony itself) are accurate. Surrounding in the pictures creates impression that you are in country side while the building is in the beginning of residential area of Barberino di Mugello surrounded from one side with metal workshop and gas station

Spectacular view, HUGE terrace.

Checkin/checkout process a bit complicated, hopefully in time with experience they will simplify it.
