Very close to railway station. Close to all Pisa has to offer including shops and restaurants.

Property was a bit of a miss mash of furniture and in need of better lighting. Also fridge was dirty. Pizza left in freezer from previous guests. End of towel rail fell out of wall. Shower in water was a dribble.

I really enjoyed the place, as it is very comfortable to get to the railway station and visit the main parts of the city. Looks like it has everything for a short stay, but there are a lot of small issues.

The price is too high for this variant. It is so loud at the night. There was a problem with shower, as it behaved randomly, so you always have to control the temperature setup. There bathroom is really small and sometimes I felt like there is no place for a tall man. Radiator at the kitchen was leaking water. The hood wasn't working. I believe air conditioners didn't work good.

The location was great and it had everything you need for the kitchen

The “main bedroom” is actually in a mezzanine and is not very easy to access if you’re not very young or short. Even though the towels, sheets and kitchen items were perfectly clean, it looks like the place hasn’t been deeply clean in a long time.

Location is very good on Corso Italia...half-way to Pisa Centrale Station and Pisa Tower

Small shower and little water pressure. If you have lots of luggages it is a bit cumbersome to go up and down.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at Casa Raffaella in Pisa. The house itself was charming and comfortable, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the incredibly helpful owner. She not only ensured that I had everything I needed but also went above and beyond to assist with every other request we had. Her warm hospitality made our trip truly memorable. Moreover, Casa Raffaella boasts a great location, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay. I highly recommend Casa Raffaella for a wonderful vacation in Pisa!

Excellent location, very friendly host and always available to communicate with. We were a late booking due to a flight delay and being unable to get a connecting flight for 2 days. We were able to check in early and because of the pleasant nature of our host and the unbeatable location it turned out to be the best couple of days of our entire holiday. Elisa was very helpful and provided us with useful lists of good restaurants, shops and pizzerias - which we used and were very happy with. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Casa Raffaella and Elisa to anyone wishing to stay in Pisa

Although given wifi name and password it didn't show on a search. We weren't bothered as we were out exploring Pisa.

The location of the apartment is very good, close to the train station and to the attractions of Pisa. Very good contact with the owner. The apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. Restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. I highly recommend.
